In this History Week Event, Anna Lee talked about the development of Cantonese Cuisine in Sydney since the earliest days of Chinese settlement in New South Wales. Arthur Lock also gave an eye-witness account of the eat history of Sydney Chinatown. Last but not least, we had a yummy "Poon Choy" feast after a brief talk on this unique subject by Clifford To. It was the first time "Poon Choy" was served in Sydney!
